HOLODECK architects ztgmbh are an austrian company with several years of professional experience, with numerous projects having been realized, and also having gained international recognition in the fields of urban planning, architecture and project development. In co-operation with the client we develop premium urban planning schemes and high quality architecture. Our areas of expertise comprise the analysis of complex correlations and tasks as well as the development of contextual building solutions in coordination with the client. We have access to an established network of competent collaborating companies in the disciplines of project management, cost control, structural engineering, construction physics and building.
Lectures
HOLODECK architects have participated in lecturing since 1996. This includes visiting professorships and workshops in Turin, Paris and Vienna. Providing lectures and design workshops at the Technical University of Vienna encompassing housing, building construction, architectural design and urban design which substantiate the comprehensive competence of the architecture team of Marlies Breuss and Michael Ogertschnig with their staff members.

Consultancy to help with site selection and the analysis of operational sequences that are significant for the design process. National and international project development. Participation in invited competitions and as a chartered expert consultant involving all remits. Project Management and Design Team Leadership for large-scale projects. Preparation of conceptual and research studies in the fields of architecture, design, interior design and urban planning. Feasibility studies and planning applications. Detailed design and preparation of construction drawings. Preparation of tender documents and packages along with cost estimates and cost control. Project management to completion.

Education
Marlies Breuss Dipl.Ing. M.Arch. studied at the TU Wien and SCIArc Los Angeles. Michael Ogertschnig Dipl.Ing. studied at the TU Wien and IAAS MACBA. All staff members are highly qualified and skilled in the field of architecture and have procured experience at an international level.
