The concept is focused on intergrating a structurally weak area of valencia into the city`s urban fabric. Using tools of superposition, synergy and infiltration, they aid in defining new structures. Criteria such as natural light, pedestrian connections and lines of sight form a three dimensional network of buildings and open spaces.
