the entrance to the exhibition starts with an original film section explaining the idea of  the aktionsraum 1 from 1969. the action-year 'aktionsraum 1' gets experienced as a 'chronology-room' in the mumok's existing room. the band -floating in the room- represents the chronology which holds the showcases with every single action. the 'time-band' is inscribed with the action-title, the artist and the event's date. the posters are floating as 'announcers' of the particular action over the showcases in the 'chronology-room' which is defined by the hanging elements and the time-band.
