suburban living | vienna 22 | 2007 competition
the site is located between a new urban development area and an existing suburban housing estate. it is structured by using the parameters 'agglomeration, void and grid structure'. loosely arranged family dwellings for four to five inhabitants create an open plan structure, while apartment atrium buildings for all age groups represent urban character. all apartments come with private exterior spaces and collectively used public areas. suburban living can be accommodated in various forms due to the availabilty of complex individual spaces.
